Not only does it serve as a sporting goods store but also a favorite meeting spot for regulars to drink coffee have a fresh donut, and most importantly a great place to take your kid for the best milk shakes and malts in town. Made the old fashion way with real ice cream-SO YUMMY!

Don’s Sporting Goods opened in 1966 by Don Davis. Don’s son, Drake Davis is the current proprietor. I once had the privledge of having my shake made by Don’s wife, Rene. Such a sweet lady. She passed away last March.
I know one employer in town that gives his employees coupons for a ‘free shake from Don’s’ as kudos for a good job! A great idea!
