Ok, here’s one of those deep dark secrets I’ll share with you, my special virtual audience. I LOVE Taxidermy!!! Something about those mounted critters. I don’t know how to describe it. Probably my Alaskan upbringing (a lot of stuffed bears and moose heads in airports and restaurants up there). That’s what I’m most excited about seeing at the Sportsman’s Expo at the Siskiyou County Fairgrounds this Saturday 10am - 4pm. There’s going to be a trout fishing tank for the kiddies (can I do it too?) There will probably be lots of cammo, ammo, antlers and ATVs. Don’t forget the accessories!
It brings out that killer instinct. Don’t deny it! You’ve experienced it too. That fantasy of shooting a wild turkey with your dad’s 22 just to see that cosmic poof of feathers fly! YAY!!! gobble gobble poof! I love that fantasy.
