Wolfsong Essentials

A couple years ago I went to the Yreka Farmers Market when they were meeting in the Siskiyou County Museum parking lot. There was a nice little gal there selling soaps and lotions. I’m not a big soap and lotion enthusiast personally, however she had one thing that interested me - hemp lip balm. It was only a couple dollars, as I recall, so I thought it was worth a try. Well it is a couple years later and I am absolutely hooked on this stuff!!! I can not leave home without it - really!

I ran out of hemp balm a few weeks ago so I tried some chapstick. Well, there is just no comparison. The chapstick seems to make my lips MORE chapped! There is no substitute for the hemp balm.

Carol Norton does make some really lovely smelling soaps and lotions, but since we are a scent free home, I haven’t tried them personally. But if her other products are half the quality of her hemp balm, then they are wonderful too!

Please visit Wolfsong Essentials at the Yreka Farmers’ Market every Wednesday in the Gil’s Farm and Garden parking lot on S. Main Street. Carol would not let me take her picture, so you will recognize her by the darling woven hat and the very slight New York accent. Let her know you heard about her on Siskiyoutopia!:)
